# Product replenishments

Creating a replenishment ensures that your inventory is adequately stocked and ready to meet demand. Follow these steps to create a replenishment:

**Step 1: Access the Replenishments Section**

* Log in to your account and navigate to the **Replenishments** section within the Current Store Section.

**Step 2: Initiate a New Replenishment**

* Click on the **Create** button to start a new replenishment request.

**Step 3: Select Source and Destination**

* Choose the source of replenishment (e.g., a warehouse or supplier).
* Select the destination location where the replenished products will be added (e.g., a store or warehouse).

**Step 4: Add Products to Replenish**

* Select the products you want to replenish by checking the boxes.
* For each product, enter the quantity you wish to replenish.

**Step 5: Review Replenishment Details**

* Verify the details of the replenishment, including the source and destination locations, and the selected products with their quantities.
* Make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

**Step 6: Submit the Replenishment Request**

* Once all details are confirmed, click the **Save** button to finalize the request.
* The replenishment request will be saved and submitted for processing.

**Step 7: Track Replenishment Status**

* After submission, you can track the status of your replenishment request in the **Replenishments** section.
* Real-time updates will show the progress of the replenishment, from initiation to completion.

**Key Points to Remember:**

* Ensure that the source location has the required stock levels to fulfill the replenishment request.
* Confirm the destination location to ensure that the replenished products are directed to the correct place.
* If your replenishment request requires approval, await the necessary authorizations before proceeding.
