Product transfers
Creating a transfer in our system is a straightforward process designed to help you efficiently move products between different sections of your company, such as from a warehouse to a store, between stores or between warehouses. Follow these steps to create a transfer:
Step 1: Navigate to the Transfers Section
Log in to your account and navigate to the Transfers section within the Current Store Section.
Step 2: Initiate a New Transfer
Click on the Create button to start a new transfer request.
Step 3: Select Source and Destination
Choose the source location from which the products will be transferred (e.g., a specific warehouse or store).
Select the destination location where the products will be moved to (e.g., another store or warehouse).
Step 4: Add Products
Select the products you want to transfer by checking the boxes.
For each product, enter the quantity you wish to transfer.
Step 5: Review Transfer Details
Check the details of the transfer, including the source and destination locations, and the selected products with their quantities.
Make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.
Step 6: Submit the Transfer Request
Once all details are confirmed, click the Save button to finalize the request.
The transfer request will be saved and submitted for processing.
Step 7: Track Transfer Status
After submission, you can track the status of your transfer request in the "Transfers" section.
Real-time updates will show the progress of the transfer, from initiation to completion.
Key Points to Remember:
Ensure that the source location has sufficient stock of the selected products before initiating a transfer.
Double-check the destination location to confirm that it is the correct target for the transferred products.
If your transfer request requires approval, wait for the necessary authorizations before proceeding with the actual transfer.
